I ordered film from Procolored on October 30th for $249, expecting professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The packaging was appalling—a half-taped, torn-up box with a hole in it that looked like the product was thrown in carelessly. This is unacceptable for such a pricey product.

Additionally, the shipping process was frustrating. A label was created on November 3rd, but the package sat until November 7th before moving. I finally received it on November 9th—10 days after placing the order. During this time, I requested a refund, but instead of addressing my concern promptly, the company begged me to wait. If I didn’t urgently need the film for my business, I would have canceled and taken my money elsewhere.

I cannot recommend Procolored. Their service is slow, unprofessional, and does not reflect the premium prices they charge. I will not be ordering from them again and will instead support small businesses that value their customers.
